Jamie is very easy to work with - receptive to suggestions; ripe with ideas; finds access points to the film that specifically engage him which has translated into authentic enthusiasm. The films take place in and around Kenya and South Africa and Jamie was also quite willing to do independent research regarding the traditional instruments of a Kenyan folk singer that I was hoping might inspire him. I am very much looking forward to working with him on the remaining two films that I have coming up.
